means a student who completed high school in a Tennessee home school program
meeting the requirements of §
49-6-3050. For Section 2: A student who is enrolled in an eligible postsecondary institution on the effective date of this act and who would have been eligible for a Tennessee HOPE scholarship, if the provisions of Section 1 of this act had been in effect at the time the student initially enrolled in the eligible postsecondary institution, may apply for the retroactive award of a Tennessee HOPE scholarship for any academic year that the student would have qualified for the scholarship under all applicable general, academic and continuation requirements. TSAC may award the scholarship retroactively for any academic year for which the student met all applicable requirements for the scholarship. |
